Level 1
LCP®: Learn the Foundations of Professional Coaching
This program is your gateway to becoming a certified coach. Designed for professionals and aspiring coaches, Level 1 provides a solid foundation in coaching principles, tools, and ethics. Through a blend of live sessions and on-demand learning, you’ll build the confidence and skills to coach individuals effectively and ethically, while meeting ICF requirements for ACC-level certification.
Duration: 80 hours
Format: 50% live (online or in-person), 50% on-demand (webinars, videos, case studies)
Core Topics: Coaching fundamentals, leadership development, Transactional Analysis, NLP, emotional intelligence
Certification Prep: Includes 10 hours of mentor coaching, preparing candidates for ICF ACC credentials
Level 2
PCG®: Elevate Your Coaching Practice
Level 2 is crafted for experienced coaches ready to deepen their presence, expand their impact, and coach at a transformational level. With an emphasis on systemic thinking, emotional intelligence, and advanced techniques, this comprehensive program prepares you for ICF PCC-level certification—and empowers you to confidently coach leaders, teams, and organizations.
Duration: 95 hours over one year
Format: Blended – live sessions and self-paced coursework
Core Topics: Advanced coaching competencies, deepening leadership presence, positive psychology, systemic/team/organizational coaching, supervision, mentor coaching

Mastery Track:

Coaching Mastery & Presence
Level 3 is designed for experienced coaches who have already developed strong professional coaching competence and are ready to refine their practice toward true mastery. This program focuses on deepening coaching presence, precision of listening, working with complexity, and supporting client emergence at a highly advanced level, aligned with ICF MCC expectations.
Duration: 120 hours over 12-18 months
Format: Advanced blended immersion - live mastery labs, supervision, and reflective practice
Core Topics: Coaching presence, deep listening, complexity work, systemic awareness, identity of the coach, advanced supervision, refinement toward MCC-level performance
Certification Prep: Supports progression toward ICF MCC credential requirements (where applicable)
Mentor & Mastery Supervision: High-level supervision focused on precision, presence, and coaching mastery
