WHY JIHANE LABIB?

Jihane Labib is a global executive coach and the first professional from Francophone Africa to hold both MCC and ACTC credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), along with the Master Practitioner accreditation from EMCC. She is also the first Arab elected to the ICF Global Board of Directors and to serve as Chair of ICF Professional Coaches. As founder of CoachingLab Academy, which received an Innovation in Education award at the Education 2.0 Conference, she plays a leading role in advancing impactful coaching practices across the UAE, the Gulf, and the wider MENA region.
Jihane works with C-suite leaders and teams across the Middle East and North Africa, applying a rigorous, systemic approach that combines strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and organizational awareness. She helps executives navigate complexity, strengthen alignment, and lead with clarity in high-stakes environments.
