Jihane is elected to the ICF Global Board of Directors, the first Arab professional in the federation's history to hold a seat on its global governance body.

Jihane becomes the first coach from Francophone Africa to hold the ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), alongside the EMCC EIA Master Practitioner accreditation.
